    Societal standards are so hard to quiet sometimes. It takes a lot of internal work but it’s so necessary to break the cycle for the next generation. Loving and appreciating your own body and others for who they are is exactly what makes you beautiful.

    Oh and I love your curls!

    Halle Barry was always one of my favorites.. beauty is in the eye of the beholder and the more variety we have the better life is..
